Miso Broth

  1. Heat scallions and garlic over medium sesame oil
  2. Add:
    1. Hot water
    2. 1 Tbsp Better Than Boullion
    3. 2 heaping scoop white miso paste
    4. Tamari
    5. 1 dash rice vinegar

Serve with book choy, tofu, udon noodles
