Crispy Polenta Patties

  • Dredge: Flour, lots of nooch, thyme basil oregano salt pepper, a little milk, combine, a little more milk. Thick consistency. Maybe tamari too.
  • Store bought polenta tube. Sliced kinda thick.
  • dredge and coat in panko
  • deep fry
  • serve caprese style with tomato, fresh basil, mozzarella, balsamic reduction, salt and pepper
