Actually playing WWF2, but I installed both and don't see a difference in the core game. Way more ads than I'm comfortable with, and they're the bad new kind that can take five or six taps to dismiss. Near the end of my first two games the ads let up a little bit - maybe I hit a quota or something. But it's really enough to drive me away - I have to remind myself regularly that most people put up with these better than I do.

I am really not a fan of how it opens you up to challenges from strangers by default. There's a lot of solo modes too.
