Released in 1999 by Hitmaker. Very arcade-y, and could have been hindered at home by its short-burst play. But a number of wonderful extended-play modes made this an excellent home port, and it really rewards long-term play and exploration of the detailed map. There's some huge inherent value in such a highly detailed environment, and they're fun to create too!

I got this not long after I got my Dreamcast, and probably tried to play it with the steering wheel accessory at some point. Like many Dreamcast games, this leaned pretty hard on attitude, mostly conveyed via its soundtrack.
