A metroidvania action game by Remedy Entertainment, 2019. Mostly a neat setting - a thriller about a federal bureau of paranormal investigation going through a containment breach. Lots of “I'm a jedi” powers.

Rolled credits July 26, 2020. Overall surprised that this was a “best of 2019” for so many people - in general it seems packed with good ideas but doesn't take any of them far enough. Not metroidy enough, not scary enough, not weird enough. Environmental interaction widespread but kind of shallow - not as much agency as I want in this weird world, as “director” of the FBC.
