 I played a lot less of this than [[TMNT III The Manhattan Project]] but almost always experienced it as the full arcade cabinet, which had its own cool appeal. I also think the wacky time-travel and more distinct character sprites made this feel like a "blank check" kind of game, and subsequently a favorite for many fans.
