Stewed Garlicky Kale

Less than 10 minutes.
  1. Destem and roughly chop the kale.
  2. Smash and peel the garlic cloves.
  3. Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the garlic and kale and cook for 3 minutes, stirring often, until the kale is wilted and bright green.
  4. Optional: Slice cherry tomatoes into the pan.
  5. Remove from heat. Season with salt and pepper.
