Makes one 6x9 loaf. - Oven to 365F - Mix dry: - **1.75 cups flour** - Heaping **0.5 cup powdered sugar** - **0.25 cup brown sugar** - **2.25 tsp baking powder** - **0.25 tsp baking soda** - **0.25 tsp salt** - **1.5 tsp cinnamon** - **0.125 tsp ground cardamom** - **0.125 tsp ground cloves** - **0.25 cup chopped pecans** - **0.5 cup chocolate chips** - Add wet: - **1 cup + 2 Tbsp pureed pumpkin** - **0.5 cup coconut milk** - **4 Tbsp canola oil** - **1 Tbsp molasses** - **1 tsp lemon juice** - Mix well, add more coconut milk if needed.
