Maybe one of the first "small crowd" videogames I played. [[https://www.bradleycbuchanan.com/b/transformice-and-the-mmo/|See blog]]. I can't help but wonder if this had any influence on the "tiny-MORPG" marketing of [[Book of Travels]]. See also [[PICO PARK]] which took some similar ideas and made them work as local multiplayer. There's even almost a predecessor to [[Fortnite]] here, by granting some players building powers.
