A shaky attempt at French Bread.

My third attempt; a bit flat, but I’m thrilled at the bubbles inside!

A second loaf, from the same batch of dough as the first but refrigerated overnight. I’m thrilled with how nice my initial efforts look, but underwhelmed by their taste.
